$60K - $120K+/year
$5,000 sign on bonus available at manager's discretion
Level 1/2 Technician
$40K - $60K/year
$3,000 sign on bonus available at manager's discretion

What is the size of the team I’d be working with?
22 Total Fixed Operation Employees.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Shop hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
All OEM manufacturer required tools and all support tools other than your hand tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Personal Areas are provided.
How many bays does your shop have?
10 bays.
What is your parts ordering process?
Techs have access to the parts department thru the shop.
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
Brand new facility featuring state of the art shop & equipment. We work together as a team within all departments to create a positive, upbeat work environment.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Factory off site training including travel, lodge & food. Onsite computer-based & hands on training.

Can you describe your performance review process?
Each employee is reviewed annually.
What type of safety training is required?
Safety training is provided upon hiring & we host monthly safety meetings with KPA.
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Our senior technicians are afforded the opportunity to mentor new and upcoming techs.
Where do you see the shop in five years?
A premiere destination for sales, service & parts for all CJDR products in the Western Mass market.

Do you have an application form and how long does it typically take to complete?
We do have an online application and it usually takes less than 10 minutes to complete.
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Applicants are screened by the hiring manager and then an in person or phone interview is scheduled.
What do your in-person interviews entail?
One on one question and answer with the hiring manager.
Do you perform background checks, drug screening, or personality tests before hiring an applicant?
Background and MVR are conducted prior to offer and with hire being contingent to outcome.
Approximately how long does the full hiring process take from submitting the application to the time of the hiring decision?
Depending on the number of applicants and results from Background & MVR which varies
How is onboarding completed for new hires?
Approved applicants complete online onboarding once approved for hire
